Another long workday and you get in your car and put on your favourite song, that’s when you notice something weird. In the rear-view camera in your car, a guy is following you. You slow down, maybe he will pass you but if he is not after a speedup, if he is still following you, you should confirm that he is following. The easiest way to escape is to make three right turns around a building, why would someone aimlessly drive around the same building? If he is still following you, raise your suspicions. If you are on a freeway road, take the next upcoming exit, but instead of getting off get right back to the freeway. If the guy does the same, he is probably following you. if you are in a Town/City, get an automatic Car wash, it will give you a few minutes to calm down. if you still see the car around, you have an unwelcome company, now that you have confirmed that you are being followed. Don’t panic. Panicking while driving is the worst thing you can do if you need a few minutes to drive your car for a while, but remember where you are. You can go to a popular Café, or a Police station is the best place you can drive and do not drive home. Don’t let yourself get cornered, avoid dead ends or small neighborhood roads without an exit; these all can be dangerous in this situation. Stick to streets you know, if you are stopped by a Stopping signal or Traffic light, leave some space between you and the car in front of you, always have a getaway plan if you are in a worst-case scenario. Stay in your car and keep moving and don’t forget to lock all the doors in your car. Driving on well-populated roads will be difficult for the guy to find you because there are so many cars on the road and witnesses around and there are so many Traffic signals or Traffic lights. Sometimes you will get separated from yourself by a red traffic light. Most bad guys are scared in busy areas because there are chances that they will get caught in busy areas. Don’t acknowledge the guy, try not to stare at your mirrors, don’t try to talk to them. If they only wanted to scare you they might just give up and drive away. If they could start keeping a farther distance behind your car, that will be harder to tell the information to the police. This is also a good time to notice the pursuer’s car Company name, Model name, and the Number plate of the car. Get this valuable information, but don’t stare while doing this, now if you are fully convinced someone is following you. Call the police if you have a passenger with you tell him to call. If you are alone, use voice-free technology or Voice commands. If you don’t have any of these options, use that car wash to call the police. The main thing is don’t use a phone while driving, it will lead to an accident. When you are online with the police with a call, they might ask you to drive a little bit slowly, to help the process.
