How you wake up each day? And your morning routine dramatically affects your level of success in every single area of your life. Focused, productive, successful mornings generate focused, productive, successful days- which inevitably create a successful life.

Unfocused, unproductive and mediocre mornings generate unfocused, unproductive and mediocre days and ultimately a mediocre quality of life.

By simply changing the way you wake up in the morning, you can transform any area of your life, faster than you ever thought possible.

Steps to wake up early in the morning:

1. Set your intentions to wake up in the early morning before bed and set your alarm time.

2. Wake up at least at 6 in the morning

3. Brush your tooth

4. Drink full glass of water

When you change your inner world (thought)- your life, then your outer world- your lifesituation will improve in parallel.

6. S- Scribing


Meditation can be more effective than medication. After getting fresh up, sit in silence, meditate and focus on your breath. This will reduce your stress and help you to keep calm.


Affirmation helps you to attract your desires towards you. Write your own affirmation in a notebook. Please note that, don’t write your affirmation in the future tense, and write it in the present tense. For example, if you want to become an IAS officer, the write the following passage:

“I’m an IAS officer. I attract success and happiness into my life. I’m bold and courageous. Everyone likes me. I have all the capacity to be diplomatic. I’m intelligent, I’m brisk and hardworking”.

If you are a right-hander then write these words in your left hand, if you are a left-hander then write these words in your right hand. It will be more effective than usual.


If you could have anything you wanted and be anything you wanted – what would you have? What would you do? What would you be?

Visualizing your major goals, deepest desires and most exciting would totally change your life.

Visualize at least five minutes daily.

Exercise daily in the morning, do yoga or some workouts.


Select a book and read at least 10 pages daily in the morning. That will increaseyour self confience. The suggested books are,

4. The power of your subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy


1. The five soulmate experience by Jo Dunn

Be grateful for what you have. Even though you are feeling ill, you are still alive, right? Then be grateful for that. I want to share a short story here. One day an old man entered a barbershop. He has only eight hairs on his head. The barber angrily asked the old man, “Shall I plug it or count it?” The old man smiled and replied that “colour it”.

Be grateful to the god for getting food and water every day, having a good family and good friends. List out at least five things that you have, it may be a person or a thing and thank the god for having these things.
